Bucket Truck Leakes Fuel In Three-Vehicle Ardsley Crash

A three-vehicle crash closed down a major roadway and required hazmat officials for a fuel spill late Thursday morning in Westchester.

The crash, that included a bucket truck that overturned, occurred around 10:11 a.m. Dec. 27 Thursday on Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley, Ardsley Police said.

The truck leaked about 50 gallons of fuel that has been cleared.

Ardsley police said there were no major injuries and the roadway has reopened.
